Trying to get your average Joe creationist to understand the phrase scientific theory is as hard as getting a fish to enjoy mountaineering. Its an unimagined world for them - it requires a complete reversal of their normal modes of thinking and being. The fact that humans could explain the complexities of this world without a creating God is a world view they cannot grasp. It's like asking a tuna if it appreciates the view from the top of Mount Everest.

Blog update completed

Well that wasn't so bad after all. Migration to my new template went very smoothly and almost all of the old widget stuff is now up and running on the new template. I still have to put on a blog list widget for blogs I read and I want to lighten the header background image so that the blog title shows more clearly. Otherwise I am reasonably happy with the new look. No doubt I will spot things I want to sort over the next week or so.

Possible tweaks - reduce size of Scotland flag and Atheist links images ( Looney is bound to favour that one) and some moving about of widgets. Possibly reduce text size for sidebar widgets.
