With it being Burns night last night I thought it was timely to post up a link to an old post of mine which gives the secret recipe for making your own traditional Scottish Haggis. The Haggis is traditionally eaten with Neeps n Tatties ( Potatoes and Turnip to you foreigners). Here's to Rabbie Burns.

Hmmm. The Haggis isn't a three-legged creature that runs across the Scottish Highlands. What a disappointment. I wouldn't mind hunting it anyway - maybe they are wrong! Besides, it would be fun running around there!
Fortunately we don't have any PETA people in my house, so it seems that the recipe is worth a try. :-)
