There was an interesting new study published today which reviewed a large number of studies from a range of disciplines all of which seem to be pointing to continuing rises in global temperatures. Still we shouldn't worry too much because there will still no doubt be life on this planet long after we have gone.

Somehow I think the sharks would die off before all the humans. Humans are crazy adaptable. There's no way the current population of the earth could be maintained in the event of massive global warming, but you can bet you ass the human species will survive.

Marf/Rum - I also think humans would survive somewhere - as I said its exaggeration to make a point. As for sanskrit sayings - that just goes to prove the point about how fatalistic much eastern philosphy is I think.
