The three day CUMNOCK Music Festival this year runs from Friday, June 23 to Sunday, June 25. Acts lined up for the Cumnock Music festival include solo-guitarist Ian Forbes, Deaf Shepherd, Hugo Mifty, 1980's vocalist James Grant, Texas Express, the local Scottish country music band The Wardlaw Nonjovi, and Wildcat.
On the Friday night the festival starts at the marquee in the Woodroad Park and also at Cumnock Rugby Club and the "Old School Night" at Cumnock Town Hall.
Tickets should be available from next week on and there will be a booking caravan in the district, as well as from Cumnock Rugby Club. Tickets can also be bought from Eddie Rutherford (01290 426242) or Ciss McCreadie (01290 421543).

Do you know of any entertainment in the ayrshire area during the weeek. I've been back living in Ayrshire for 6 months now and still can;t find any midweek entertainment. I did see a website setup for this a while back but now it's a directory www.browseayrshire.com
